OUTER’S soothing cream cleanser is infused with Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Oil, and Australian Avocado Oil. Lilly Pilly and Quandong Extracts and contain a potent blend of anti-oxidants and actives to help fight free radical damage and promote collagen production and radiant skin. Bisabolol is a colourless viscous oil that is the primary constituent of the essential oil from German chamomile. It has anti-irritant properties to soothe the skin.

DIRECTIONS AM/PM
Dispense half a teaspoon into clean hands. Massage over face and neck, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with your preferred toner and hydrator. Repeat twice for a double cleanse to remove makeup.
