Please read Echuca Skin and Laser Clinic’s Terms and Conditions before your appointment.
Our Guarantee
We take pride in our work and are happy to offer a two week guarantee on work completed. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. If you don’t come in to have it redone within 14 days, this guarantee is void.
This does not include a change of mind. If you change your mind, you will be charged full price for another service.
Payments
Echuca Skin and Laser Clinic requires full payment at the end of your service unless an alternative arrangement has been made. We accept cash, eftpos, M/C and Visa, late payments will incur a penalty fee.
Bookings
Bookings can be made online, (Full payment required) or in person or by calling 0354802522, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also book future appointments at the end of each service.
Late Policy
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late we may decline your appointment due to subsequent bookings.
Children
We understand that sometimes you need to bring your child(ren) to your appointment. If this is the case, we ask that you keep them with you at all times due to safety issues including sharp scissors, hot tongs, chemicals etc. We recommend that you bring along some toys or electronic devices to keep them entertained and ask that you please cover any expense for any damage to salon property caused by your children.
Cancellation Policies
If you can’t make your appointment on time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.
All online bookings are NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled within the 24-hour period of the appointment.
Please call the clinic to reschedule appointments and leave a message if it is outside business hours.
Laser
These appointments are time-consuming and therefore have a specific cancellation policy.
- Booking Laser appointments in-store or by phone require deposits. Deposits can be made using cash, eftpos, or credit card.
- 50% of the total charge will be required up front to secure your booking. The balance will be required after you have attended the appointment.
- Deposits are NOT refunded if you do not attend the appointment on the day.
- If that booking is cancelled LESS than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded.
- No fees apply if rescheduling of appointments is up to 24 hours PRIOR to the original appointment time.
Other Services
- 24-hour Cancellation policy is applicable
- Service to be paid for at end of appointment.
- No shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will incur the cost of the service unattended. This must be paid prior to future bookings being made.
Online Bookings
- At the time of placing an online booking, full payment will be required.
- Appointment fees are NOT refunded if you do not attend the appointment on the day.
- Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours prior to the appointment time WILL NOT be refunded.
- Cancellations made MORE than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be changed to a credit on the client’s account valid for 30 days.
- No fees apply if the appointment is rescheduled up to 24 hours PRIOR to the original appointment time.
Refunds
- Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client, so if our service or product is faulty, it may either be replaced or refunded.
- We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind.
- Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you, and while all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
- In order for us to provide you with a great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
Service Packages
Laser Hair Removal
- Packages cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Laser Hair removal packages are non-refundable.
- Laser hair removal packages are valid for 12 months.
Skin Packages
All skin packages are valid for 6 months ONLY.
